Reporting directly to the HR Director and working closely with the business, you will oversee the full employee lifecycle while contributing to employee engagement, operational excellence and continuous improvement within HR.

Job Description

HR Operations

Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers.


  • Ensure accurate HR and personnel administration for employees.
  • Guarantee precise and timely HR data management (payroll inputs, insurances, reporting, HRIS updates).
  • Coordinate and validate monthly payroll preparation in close collaboration with the external payroll provider and internal stakeholders.
  • Handle daily HR administrative matters, with legal, litigation‑related, and disciplinary topics managed in collaboration with an internal legal counsel and a specialized external consultant.
  • Lead internal HR communication initiatives (HR updates, newsletters..).
  • Contribute to cross-border HR projects such as process harmonization, digitalization and policy alignment.


Talent Acquisition & Onboarding


  • Develop and implement the annual recruitment plan in partnership with management (including employer branding initiatives), with the support of the Group Shared Service Center, which will assist you with candidate sourcing, selection, and coordination of the recruitment process.
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers and provide professional guidance throughout the selection process.
  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding processes (contracts, insurances, fleet, IT access, documentation, logistics).


Offboarding & Exit Management


  • Coordinate exit procedures including documentation, payroll adjustments, insurance administration and fleet return.
  • Organize and structure exit interviews, ensuring proper reporting and analysis to support retention strategies.


You will report to the HR Director and act as a hands-on HR professional combining operational execution with a proactive, improvement-driven mindset.

The Successful Applicant


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a broad HR generalist role, ideally within a international environment.
  • Fluent in Dutch and French with good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
  • Solid understanding of Belgian labor and social legislation.
  • Experience working with external payroll providers.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical and structured, with strong organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate independently.
