Join If’s Service Development Chapter in the Digital Sales & Customer Experience unit and turn customer and business needs into tangible improvements. You’ll work in a cross‑functional squad serving private customers with a primary focus on MyPages (Omat sivut)—and on the APIs that power multiple channels across If.

What Success Looks Like (your First 6–12 Months)
- Take charge of the requirements creation process; actively discover and analyze customer needs, then develop detailed user stories with clear targets.
- Translate business needs into clear API requirements.
- Strengthen acceptance testing and production verification to reduce defects-to-production.
- Work effectively in a cross-functional squad (UX, dev, analytics) and contribute to both local and cross-Nordic initiatives.
- Be comfortable working within a complex system landscape.
- Solid experience working between business and IT teams, including hands-on requirements gathering, testing, and analysis.
- Proven ability to influence and build long‑lasting trust with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear customer‑centric insights and actions.
- Strong communication skills in Finnish and English.
- Experience working in insurance, regulatory environments, or Nordic cross-country setups.
- Hands-on involvement in developing digital self-services or similar user-facing digital solutions.
- Comfortable with agile ways of working in cross-functional squads.
- Experience coordinating API producers and multiple consumers.
