Responsibilities:
- Ensure system stability, security, and performance after entry into operations
- Provide second-level support for incidents, problems, and service requests
- Perform corrective, adaptive, preventive, and perfective maintenance
- Monitor system performance and respond proactively to alerts
- Collaborate with DevSecOps teams for deployments and improvements
- Work with DBAs, architects, and operational teams on configuration and change management

- Contribute to incident analysis, documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Maintain runbooks and support knowledge transfer activities
- Provide support for middleware and integration components such as APIs, messaging systems, identity management, and web platforms
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years' experience in IT operations or technical support roles
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Event, Knowledge Management)
- Experience with ITSM tools
- Proficiency in Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with container orchestration and observability tools
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration management
- Knowledge of APIs, middleware, integration platforms, and identity and access management
- Understanding of database monitoring, backup, and recovery processes
