- Lead Scope 1 & 2 sustainability initiatives, integrating emissions and energy targets into operational decision-making
- Drive site modernization, including digitalization, automation, and implementation of technologies such as MES, IIoT, and SCADA
- Lead manufacturing footprint optimization, including network design, capacity modelling, and standardization
- Own the global Capex strategy and governance, ensuring strong ROI, prioritization, and execution discipline
- Establish and lead a global transformation PMO, ensuring delivery, governance, and value realization
- Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, IT/OT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Sustainability teams
- Act as a visible transformation leader, driving cultural change and capability building across a global organization
What You Bring
- Several years of leadership experience in global operations within chemicals, coatings, or process industries
- Proven track record in large-scale, multi-site transformation programs
- Deep expertise in Operational Excellence (Lean, Six Sigma, TPM)
- Strong experience in manufacturing digitalization, automation, and advanced analytics
- Demonstrated success in Capex governance, network optimization, and performance improvement
