Engineering Lead – Release & Delivery (Mobile & Web) - €120,000
A growing AI-first HealthTech company in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region is hiring an Engineering Lead – Release & Delivery (Mobile & Web).
It’s a senior, technically involved position focused on owning software delivery across mobile, backend, and web systems – with clear scope to take on broader engineering leadership responsibilities over time.
Working across engineering, QA, and product teams, you’ll coordinate complex multi-component releases, manage dependencies, and ensure reliable delivery into production environments including the Apple App Store and Google Play.
You’ll be expected to understand technical challenges, unblock and lead teams, and operate as a central figure in ensuring smooth, predictable delivery in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in Release Management, DevOps, or Engineering Leadership roles
- Proven experience managing complex software delivery across multiple systems
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, versioning, and release processes (GitFlow, trunk-based etc.)
- Experience working closely with engineering, QA, and product teams
- Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and troubleshoot issues (not a purely coordination-focused role)
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers, or readiness to step into team leadership
