🚀 Senior Product Manager | Acquisition Tech | FinTech | New Team 🚀
Role: Growth Product Manager (Acquisition)
Salary: €110,000 + benefits
Location: Berlin - hybrid 1–3 days per week in the office
We’re partnered with a fast-growing, profitable European FinTech that’s launching a brand-new Acquisition Tech team. This is one of the first hires into the team, giving you the opportunity to define priorities, processes, and how the team operates as a Product Manager. You'll also be managing a team of 3 analysts / data scientists.
As Senior Product Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of product, growth, experimentation, and data, owning early acquisition, onboarding, and customer experience for customers. You’ll own the go-to-market strategy for this market, shaping how customers discover the product, understand their options, and move through the funnel, while partnering with engineering, data, and commercial teams across markets.

Who we’re looking for:
- Experienced Product Manager in growth, acquisition, or onboarding
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, funnel optimisation, and user research
- Analytical mindset, comfortable interpreting data and shaping experiments rather than building models yourself
- Strong understanding of website flows, CMS, tracking, and digital acquisition tools
- Comfortable owning go-to-market strategy, acquisition, and conversion initiatives
- Comfortable operating autonomously in an ambiguous, build-from-scratch environment
- Management experience a plus
