Join Škoda Group as HR Generalist
We are looking for an HR Generalist to take full ownership of our HR agenda in a growing company of up to 50 employees.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for all HR-related matters, combining hands-on personnel administration with recruitment, employee support, and HR reporting. You will work closely with management and external partners, playing an important role in building a stable, well-functioning team and a positive company culture.
Job Description:
- Full life-cycle HR administration – contracts, onboarding and offboarding, managing personal documents, tracking working hours and leave
- Preparing and verifying payroll data (processed by an external payroll provider)
- Active recruitment and sourcing – targeted candidate search, outreach, networking, and collaboration with managers to fill both administrative and technical positions, including technical roles in railway and rolling stock service
- Onboarding and offboarding – ensuring smooth entry and exit processes, conducting exit interviews
- Employee care – first point of contact for questions, supporting company culture and employee relations
- HR reporting and management support – employee counts, turnover, absences, and planning support
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and providing operational HR support independently
Who We Are Looking For:
- An independent, proactive, and positive professional who can handle sensitive situations with composure
- Solid knowledge of labor law and HR processes – you will be the go-to person for HR, responsible for end-to-end HR management
- Experience in HR, ideally with active recruitment across administrative and technical positions
- English proficiency for communication with HQ abroad
- Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to actively contribute to HR processes and company culture
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
