This role is with an Irish founded technology start-up, in the safety and security technology sector. They are pioneers in developing intelligent, user-focused solutions designed to empower communities. They closed out over 20 million in their series A and are hurdling towards their next funding round.

With a mission-driven culture, collaboration, and tangible real-world impact, they offer an exciting and dynamic environment. As a the Head of Frontend Engineering, you will spearhead the creation of scalable, high-performing applications using React and the latest frontend technologies.

You’ll collaborate closely with a talented team of 10 engineers to craft intuitive user interfaces that redefine the user experience. Your technical expertise and leadership will drive the evolution of their software products, blending innovation and precision to deliver exceptional results.

You will:

• Develop sustainable codes.
• Take technical ownership of frontend applications.
• Decision maker on the Greenfield projects.
• Set up full frontend architecture.

Skills / Experience:

• Degree in STEM (BSc, MSc, or PhD) with at least 8 years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in REACT, and experience leading greenfield projects.

Salary / Remuneration: €90,000 - €105,000 – 10% Bonus, Pension, Health insurance
