Project Planner – Frankfurt (Rotation Available)

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Planner to join a leading international contractor delivering large-scale projects in Frankfurt. This position offers regular rotations home.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage contract and project programmes, including detailed monthly progress reporting
• Track project performance, trends, outputs, and resource allocation to support continuous improvement within the planning function
• Prepare and deliver planning and scheduling requirements for both tender and live project stages
• Work closely with project teams to support all planning and scheduling activities
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Carry out short- and medium-term programme reviews, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies
• Provide constructive challenge and input on construction methodologies to drive efficiency and optimise project delivery

Requirements

• Relevant third-level qualification (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a planning role within the construction industry
• Proven experience working on Data Centre projects
• Strong technical skills, particularly in Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerPoint
