About The Role
Inoltra is seeking a Senior SAP Planning & Analytics Consultant to join an established data & analytics consulting firm with a growing team. In this role, you will help design, architect, and implement modern planning, reporting, and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, and related technologies.
You will guide clients from initial concept and requirements through design, development, and delivery, ensuring solutions deliver real business value. In addition, you will support presales activities, deliver workshops, and contribute to internal best practices and methodologies.

In this role, you will help design, architect, and implement modern planning, reporting, and analytics solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Datasphere, and related technologies.
You will guide clients from initial concept and requirements through design, development, and delivery, ensuring solutions deliver real business value. In addition, you will support presales activities, deliver workshops, and contribute to internal best practices and methodologies.
Must-Have Skills
- Proven experience designing and implementing SAP planning and analytics solutions
- Hands-on experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and SAP Datasphere
- Strong understanding of data modelling and integrated planning/reporting scenarios
- Experience leading technical and functional solution conception through delivery
- Experience supporting presales engagements, architecture discussions, and workshops
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to develop innovative data solutions
- Previous experience at a consulting firm or professional services environment
- Knowledge of SAP BW/4HANA or related BI technologies
- Familiarity with change management, data strategy and governance discussions
- Exposure to additional analytics or data engineering technologies beyond SAP stack
