Barden is thrilled to be working with our client who is a leader in the wholesale and retail industry, to identify a Product Manager to lead transformative initiatives within their organisation. This is a permanent opportunity that will be based out of their Cork or Dublin offices on a hybrid working basis.


As they continue their journey toward becoming Ireland’s most trusted and sustainable business, this is a great opportunity to join their Digital team as an Instore Product Manager.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • You will represent and showcase a deep understanding of customer and partner needs using insights and data.
  • You will analyse data to prioritise effectively and identify new opportunities.
  • Track competitors and emerging trends to maintain a strong advantage.
  • Clearly define problems, align teams, and focus on meaningful outcomes.
  • Collaborate across teams to launch and scale effective solutions.
  • Test assumptions, learn from feedback, and iterate based on results.
  • Set vision, build roadmaps, communicate clearly, and drive impactful execution.
  • Take accountability for both customer impact and business results.
  • Maintain a strong, reliable cadence of high-quality releases.
  • Balance multiple inputs to focus on the highest-value opportunities.
  • Ensure alignment across stakeholders through simple, confident messaging.
  • Embrace new technologies and continuously seek ways to improve experiences.



ABOUT THE PERSON:

  • A third level qualification in IT, Product Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years operating at a similar level - delivering digital products such as mobile, web or in store technologies.
  • Advantageous but not required to have operated in a retail or digital commerce environment
  • Experience delivering digital solutions that support customer experiences
  • Excellent 3rd party vendor management - both external agencies as well as internal teams
  • Excellent communication skills, facilitating the building of strong cross functional relationships including with our retail partners, and using the available expertise and experience to good effect.
  • A strong influencer who can work effectively with stakeholders from non-technical backgrounds
  • Full driver’s license and own transport preferred, as the role may require occasional travel to stores.
