ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across payroll, compensation, performance, and talent management
• Provide advice and confidence on employee relations matters
• Support governance and equity processes with external counsel
• Introduce process improvements and frameworks to a team that has grown organically
• Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR processes are robust, practical, and aligned with business needs

• Senior HR lead experience essential
• Hands-on, practical, and confident in managing leadership and senior-level issues
• Flexible and adaptable, able to integrate with a small team while influencing at senior levels
• Comfortable bringing structure to the team, introducing frameworks, and improving processes
