This role is about stepping in, guiding the team, and bringing structure to an already capable group of HR managers. ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Lead day-to-day HR operations across payroll, compensation, performance, and talent management
- Provide advice and confidence on employee relations matters
- Support governance and equity processes with external counsel
- Introduce process improvements and frameworks to a team that has grown organically
- Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR processes are robust, practical, and aligned with business needs
ABOUT THE PERSON:
- Senior HR lead experience essential
- Hands-on, practical, and confident in managing leadership and senior-level issues
- Flexible and adaptable, able to integrate with a small team while influencing at senior levels
- Comfortable bringing structure to the team, introducing frameworks, and improving processes
- People-focused and business-aware, able to balance strategic thinking with operational delivery
