Global Project Manager

Location: Hybrid (onsite/offsite)

Industry: Injection Molding/Manufacturing

About the Role:

My client is seeking a dynamic Global Project Manager to oversee and manage multiple international projects within the injection molding and manufacturing industry. This exciting opportunity allows you to lead projects from start to finish, ensuring they are executed successfully with a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll be responsible for coordinating resources, working with cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers and effectively managing project timelines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects through the entire lifecycle, ensuring timely completion and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop project Statements of Work, define deliverables, resource requirements, risks and assumptions.
• Manage project timelines and track progress using project management toolkits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, managing expectations and communication.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensure projects comply with governance framework, standard operating procedures and internal policies.
• Lead meetings, activities and events, both in-person and virtually, to ensure project success.
• Manage and delegate tasks effectively across the team.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years in a Project Management role, preferably within injection molding, contract manufacturing or a related industry.
• Experience managing customer relationships and direct customer interaction.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Project and Teams.
• Experience with Smartsheet or other project management software is preferred.
• CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally to manufacturing sites.
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
