Role: Graduate Data Consultants (Multiple Roles)
Type: Permanent

We're partnering with a specialist healthcare consultancy that delivers complex digital transformation programmes across healthcare environments, with particular expertise in large-scale electronic patient record (EPR) implementations.
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are expanding their permanent Data Migration team. This is not a short-term project hire, but an opportunity to join a core team supporting major transformation programmes and helping shape best practice across future deployments.

With full training and mentorship provided, this is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build a long-term career in data consulting and healthcare technology.
Responsibilities:
- Support healthcare data migration projects, transferring data from legacy systems into EPR platforms or archive systems
- Assist with developing and running data migration scripts and ETL processes (extract, transform, load)
- Validate and test migrated data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
- Investigate and help resolve data discrepancies or migration issues
- Work closely with project managers, technical teams, and key stakeholders to understand data requirements
- Document migration processes and provide project updates throughout delivery
