Our Data Analytics team delivers highly intuitive data solutions that inform business decisions across Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations. We are hiring a Technical Data Analyst who are passionate about transforming structured, high-quality data and be the point of connection between the business and the technical teams, with responsibility for translating business needs into clear and complete functional requirements. They support the design and implementation of data-driven solutions (KPIs, dashboards, quality controls), ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with governance standards. We also analyse terabytes of data using tools such as Tableau, SQL and the GCP product suite.

What you’ll do

• Requirements analysis and gathering: understand business needs and formalize the project scope; identify KPIs, quality rules and expected deliverables; produce functional documentation (e.g. Confluence, Atlan).
• Functional design: define requirements for interactive dashboards; collaborate on the definition of data models and architectural flows with Data Architects/Engineers.
• Implementation Support: support the preparation of data sources and KPIs; create dashboards (Tableau) and manage their publication.
• Quality & Compliance: identify Critical Data Elements (CDEs) and Business Rules for quality control; validate the correct implementation of business rules and KPIs.

Who you are

You are knowledgeable and passionate about data analysis and visualization. You work confidently with tools such as SQL and Tableau, and you are comfortable transforming complex business needs into clear analytical requirements and insightful dashboards. Even if you don’t come from our specific industry, bringing experience and perspectives from other domains is highly valued. You care deeply about data quality, agile ways of working, and responsible experimentation, and you strongly advocate for best practices in analytics—such as iterative development, reproducibility, and continuous improvement of data products.

Must have

• BSc in STEM disciplines or equivalent working experience
• At least 3 years of experience, sitting at the intersection of business intelligence and data team
• You understand what it means exploring complex data structures
• Fluent in Italian and English

Nice to have

• Strong analytical skills and love to visualize your data findings in a clear and easy way to understand and to collect corner cases of implementations
