Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an International Sales Specialist based in Riga. The role involves driving international sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, and promoting the company's solutions to a global audience. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients in international markets, negotiating contracts, providing high-quality customer service, and staying informed about market trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaboration with various teams to align sales efforts and achieve targets is an essential part of the role.
Qualifications
- Experience and skills in International Sales and International Trade
- Strong written and verbal Communication skills, especially in a business context
- Knowledge of International Business operations and practices
- Proficiency in providing excellent Customer Service
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships across diverse cultures
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Proven ability to work in a team-oriented environment and meet sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and identify potential international clients and partners;
- Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and product documentation;
- Engage with leads and manage early-stage client communication;
- Assist in building and maintaining CRM databases and tracking outreach activities;
- Support participation in exhibitions, trade shows, and online campaigns;
- Collaborate with marketing on targeted outreach and content localization;
- Analyze market trends and help shape regional go-to-market strategies.
