With our rapid expansion in Lithuania, we are looking for a dedicated a SRE Engineer to join our ambitious team in Vilnius or Klaipėda.

About the Role

As a SRE Engineer, you will support PAYSTRAX partners, merchants, and internal departments by assisting with system integrations, configuration setups, and complex technical issues. Your work ensures seamless communication between systems and contributes to stable operations and exceptional partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via ticketing system and email.
• Troubleshoot integration, setup, and transaction-related issues.
• Analyze and interpret system logs to identify root causes.
• Assist internal teams with integration and configuration inquiries.
• Diagnose API-related issues using Postman, cURL, and similar tools.
• Work with communication protocols such as HTTP, FTP, TCP/IP, JSON, XML, ISO8583.
• Usage of AI tools and newest technologies.
• Participate in onboarding of new partners and configuration tasks.
• Document troubleshooting steps, processes, and resolutions.
• Support ongoing process improvements.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English.
• Experience in technical support or integration support is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze and interpret logs.
• Understanding of communication protocols.
• Experience with Postman, cURL, and SQL.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.

Nice to Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience with network diagnostics.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Knowledge of payment processing systems.
