Since 2015, Granta Autonomy has been developing autonomous recon drones, lightweight gimbals, and digital datalinks. Today, we supply Ukraine and NATO allies across Europe with our fixed-wing Hornet UAVs.
You will:
- Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms for real-time applications
- Support vision-based navigation integration into UAV systems.
- Build and maintain simulation and testing pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( embedded, hardware) to ensure seamless integration of vision systems.
- Perform data collection and annotation, and manage datasets for training and validation.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research in computer vision and robotics.
What you need to be successful:
- Solid Python development for machine learning pipelines and experimentation with Pytorch
- Strong C++ development skills (C++14/17 or newer) for high-performance systems
- Knowledge of video streaming protocols (RTSP, RTP, WebRTC)
- Experience working with video codecs (H264/H265)
- Strong understanding of Linux internals
- Experience working with ARM-based embedded platforms
- Experience implementing low-level CV algorithms
You will have a significant advantage if you have:
- Knowledge of existing UAV software ecosystems and products.
- Knowledge in machine learning (ML) and deep neural networks (DNNs).
