What you’ll do:
As an IT Project Manager, you’ll lead business and technology initiatives in a hybrid environment that blends Scaled Agile Framework with classical project management. You will:
- Lead cross-functional teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and network-related projects.
- Manage large-scale data migration initiatives, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Oversee the deployment and upgrade of network infrastructure, including mobile networks and LAN/WAN environments.
- Drive the implementation of cloud solutions, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure scalability and security.
- Develop detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track progress against milestones.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and our external clients at all levels, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues.
Passion to deliver the best project results and a sense of ownership, and personal commitment is a must for this position. You also need:
- 3-5 years of experience managing medium to high complexity IT or telecom projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in cloud platforms, network engineering projects, and data migrations.
- Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and drive clarity in ambiguity.
- Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position - 3100-4300 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonus. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
