Our client - an established banking and financial technology leader that delivers specialized software and tech solutions for banks, financial institutions and retail organizations across 80+ countries, is expanding its commercial team and looking for a Sales Project Manager to accelerate B2B growth.
This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, focusing on identifying client needs, shaping tailored IT solutions and driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives. You’ll work with complex products and collaborate across departments to deliver value-driven solutions to business clients. It’s an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional to thrive in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
🔍 Responsibilities:
- Identify and analyze business client needs, translating them into tailored IT solutions;
- Actively prospect and acquire new B2B clients across target markets;
- Prepare and present compelling commercial proposals and negotiate contracts;
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure;
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums;
- Collaborate with product, technical, and delivery teams to align solutions with client requirements;
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers;
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in IT and FinTech;
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets;
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reporting and CRM data.
🎓 Requirements:
- Higher education in Business, IT, Telecommunications or a related field;
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within IT services or tech solutions;
- Strong understanding or interest in IT, software, or telecommunications;
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills;
- Proactive, outgoing personality with a strong drive to learn and grow;
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously;
- Fluency in English and / or Russian (written and spoken);
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
