You will design, implement, and maintain IT monitoring and observability using tools like Centreon. You will create dashboards, alerts, and reports, analyze metrics to detect and resolve issues, and support continuous service improvement. You will collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure reliable, high-performing, and visible IT services.

What we expect from you :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven IT monitoring and observability experience (Centreon preferred).
• Strong knowledge of ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset) with KPI reporting, complemented by hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, Linux/MariaDB, dashboards and reports design, automation/scripting, and CSI initiatives.
• Analytical and solution-oriented, able to improve observability platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in French and English.
• ITIL Foundation v4 or v5 certification.
