We are looking for a PM to lead a Finance Transformation and digitalisation project, with the finance transformation element being the bulk of the workload.
A snapshot of your key responsibilities:
- Drive and lead the delivery of the Finance Transformation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of the Statements Digitalisation project, ensuring smooth execution and successful delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Engage with key stakeholders, providing regular updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Implement best-in-class project management methodologies to deliver projects effectively and efficiently.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and challenges to ensure minimal disruption to project delivery.
- Provide support and mentor the team, fostering understanding of project requirements and professional growth.
- Act as a central point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring transparency and collaboration across teams.
- Project Management qualification or diploma
- 7+ years in project management with a proven track record managing and delivering complex projects, ideally within finance transformation or digitalisation.
- Demonstrated experience in applying structured project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall).
- Ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding team members through project deliverables and requirements.
