About the Role

As part of the expansion of our activities in Luxembourg, we are looking for several experienced Business Analysts specialized in Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency with strong experience in Multifonds.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse the requirements/needs

• Formalize the needs into the appropriate documents (FRD, BRD,…)

• Testing the new functionalities & monitor the changes

• To control the changes associated including the reporting

• To provide functional expertise on TA and/or FA applications (Multifonds and its satellites)

• Organize and provide documentation to the necessary processes/evolutions

• Knowledge management: produce user guides and documents to upgrade continuously the knowledge database + Action

• Organize training session on the changes

• Lead the testing

• Evaluate the risks

• Other support as a Business Analyst

Profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent)

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency

• Solid knowledge SWIFT & SFTP Processes and operations processes, reconciliation, reporting

• Knowledges of Multifonds TA / FA and/or its eco-system, reporting, Swift, SQL

• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills

• Autonomous, proactive, and accountable

• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit

• Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and spoken)
