Senitor Ireland is thrilled to be working with a leading engineering services company to recruit a Business Analyst (Salesforce experience, would be ideal be not essential). This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative organization offering infrastructure solutions in Ireland and the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting process reviews and requirement analysis.
• Building templates, reports, and dashboards.
• Acting as a bridge between IT and business teams, from requirements gathering to solution implementation.
• Configuring requirements within the company’s systems and designing workflow processes.
• Identifying the organizational impact of new business processes and systems.
• Delivering end-user training and ensuring seamless handovers.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a technically diverse environment as a Business or Systems Analyst.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into formal specifications.
• Experience delivering solutions to complex business challenges.
• Proficient understanding of system development life cycle methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organization.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Logical, solution-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Telecoms industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel and Visio.
