- Experienced Technical Information Analyst with a strong background in software development environments, combining business analysis with technical expertise in APIs, data modelling, and system design.
- Adept at translating business requirements into structured technical solutions and ensuring seamless system integration.
- Proven experience as an Information Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in software development.
- Strong understanding of IT landscapes and API architectures, particularly REST services.
- Expertise in creating flow diagrams, request/response models, sequence diagrams, and information models.
- Proficiency in UML and visual modelling; experience with Enterprise Architect is an added advantage.
- Experience in business rule and process modelling; familiarity with Drools is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or SQL databases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Convert business needs into detailed technical specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Design and model processes, data flows, and system interactions to ensure efficient integration.
- Develop and maintain SOAP services and RESTful APIs.
- Contribute to the design and enhancement of Business Rule Engines, Admin tools, and API ecosystems.
- Work closely with developers, analysts, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners throughout the SDLC.
- Validate requirements, resolve ambiguities, and manage conflicting priorities to ensure clarity and alignment.
