At Kramp, Connected Services team builds the digital backbone that allows dealers to connect their own systems directly with our platform through EDI, OCI, and APIs, giving them instant access to product data, pricing, availability, and ordering functionality directly from their own systems.
If you’re excited by the intersection of tech, product, and commercial impact, this role lets you shape the future of digital procurement. Connected Services plays a crucial role in enabling efficient purchasing while supporting a growing 9-digit revenue channel within Kramp.
What is your role?
Your mission is to expand and strengthen this integration channel by onboarding new integrations, maintaining and improving existing ones, and defining a clear strategy for how Connected Services should evolve as dealer systems and digital procurement continue to change.
This role combines hands-on product ownership with strategic decision-making, balancing the delivery of product improvements with identifying the next commercial opportunities for Kramp’s integration platform.
Your focus will be on delivering measurable impact for both dealers and Kramp.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog for Connected Services, including EDI, OCI, and API integrations.
- Translating dealer needs and business opportunities into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and technical analysts to deliver reliable and scalable integration capabilities.
- Drive the onboarding of new dealer ERP integrations across markets.
- Evaluate commercial opportunities and balance business value with development effort when prioritizing initiatives.
- Ensure integrations remain stable and continue to evolve as dealer systems change.
- Define and evolve the strategic direction of the Connected Services platform.
- In your first year, you’ve helped transform Connected Services into a true growth engine for Kramp. Dealers onboard faster, more ERP systems are integrated, and our APIs are becoming the go‑to choice across Europe.
- Lightning‑fast onboarding for dealer integrations
- More dealers connected — and staying connected
- Surging adoption of Kramp’s APIs
- Revenue growing through seamless digital purchasing
- A scalable, future‑ready integration platform you helped shape
- You didn’t just support Connected Services — you accelerated it.
You will work with a dedicated engineering team of approximately 3 engineers and collaborate closely with technical analysts and architects to ensure the scalability and reliability of Kramp’s integration capabilities. You’ll partner with Product Owners across our digital landscape and work with business development leaders in multiple European markets to identify new integration opportunities.
This role sits right at the intersection of product development, engineering, and commercial strategy.
Who are you?
You are a product professional who enjoys working on platform and integration products that combine technical complexity with clear business impact.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar digital product role.
- Experience working in Agile product teams together with engineers.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, or platform-based products is a strong advantage.
- Ability to translate business opportunities into structured product requirements.
- Comfortable working with technical stakeholders while balancing commercial priorities.
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Curious, pragmatic, and comfortable navigating evolving systems and integrations.
We are an ambitious, fast-growing and financially sound organization. You can obviously expect:

- Flexible working policy in hours and location
- Travel- and working from home allowance
- Profit sharing bonus
