Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an NLP & ML Research Scientist, based in Rotterdam, with flexibility for remote work. The role involves conducting research and development in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning (MLP) domains. Responsibilities include designing and implementing advanced AI algorithms, analyzing large-scale datasets, building models, and publishing research findings. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven solutions tailored to enhance ownership models and enable smarter decision-making.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning Programming (MLP)
- Proficiency in designing and developing advanced AI and machine-learning algorithms
- Experience in handling and analyzing large-scale datasets
- Ability to conduct in-depth research and publish findings in relevant fields
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or equivalent tools
- Familiarity with blockchain technologies and data analytics is a strong plus
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with innovative thinking and adaptability
- Collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven track record of technical publications or hands-on project-based experience
