As a Junior Project Manager you will support the successful delivery of projects within LYNX by assisting in planning, coordination and execution across multiple teams and departments. You will work closely with Medior and Senior Project Managers, contributing to structured project delivery and continuous improvement of project management practices.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in project coordination while developing your skills in stakeholder management, documentation and agile ways of working. You will play an important role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and with clear communication across the organization.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of small to medium-sized projects
  • Assisting in preparing project documentation such as timelines, risk logs, status reports, stakeholder updates and user stories
  • Monitoring project progress, tracking action items and following up with team members to ensure deadlines are met
  • Facilitating project meetings (e.g. stand-ups, status updates) and documenting decisions and next steps
  • Identifying potential risks or blockers and escalating them in a timely manner
  • Ensuring clear communication between stakeholders, squads and departments
  • Maintaining transparency in project planning tools such as roadmap boards and task tracking systems
  • Supporting continuous improvement by capturing and applying lessons learned after project delivery
  • Learning and applying LYNX’s agile project management framework and internal processes
  • Contributing to the development of the PMO by improving templates, reporting standards and documentation practices

Here’s what we are looking for

  • A motivated and structured professional who is eager to develop in project management
  • 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations or a similar role
  • A basic understanding of project management principles (agile or waterfall)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear and professional communication and documentation skills
  • The ability to work in a structured and process-oriented environment

Nice To Have

  • Experience in financial services or technology environments
  • Exposure to agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Certifications such as PRINCE2 Foundation, Scrum fundamentals or similar
