Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join an agile team focused on eMobility and Home Energy Management solutions. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, improving digital customer experiences, and driving experimentation across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs for digital products and features
  • Analyze performance and provide actionable insights and improvement recommendations
  • Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports
  • Work with multiple data sources, including Snowflake
  • Drive a data-driven culture and promote experimentation and validation
  • Act as a critical partner to Product Owners and stakeholders for backlog prioritization
  • Support and execute A/B testing and experimentation
  • Identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and analyze experiment results
  • Create and implement measurement plans and tagging strategies
  • Collaborate with developers for tracking implementation
  • Ensure GDPR-compliant data collection and tracking
  • Manage and implement tagging via tag management systems
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback using Voice of Customer tools
  • Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training


Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO)
  • Experience with Voice of Customer tools (e.g., Usabilla, Mopinion)
  • Hands-on experience with Tag Management Systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Relay42)
  • Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of data collection, tagging, and measurement planning
  • Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance


Good to Have

  • Experience with Piano Analytics
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
