Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Business Analyst to join an agile team focused on eMobility and Home Energy Management solutions. You will play a key role in enabling data-driven decision-making, improving digital customer experiences, and driving experimentation across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs for digital products and features
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights and improvement recommendations
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports
- Work with multiple data sources, including Snowflake
- Drive a data-driven culture and promote experimentation and validation
- Act as a critical partner to Product Owners and stakeholders for backlog prioritization
- Support and execute A/B testing and experimentation
- Identify opportunities, define hypotheses, and analyze experiment results
- Create and implement measurement plans and tagging strategies
- Collaborate with developers for tracking implementation
- Ensure GDPR-compliant data collection and tracking
- Manage and implement tagging via tag management systems
- Collect and analyze customer feedback using Voice of Customer tools
- Conduct knowledge sharing sessions and training
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., VWO)
- Experience with Voice of Customer tools (e.g., Usabilla, Mopinion)
- Hands-on experience with Tag Management Systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Relay42)
- Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Working knowledge of SQL and Snowflake
- Strong understanding of data collection, tagging, and measurement planning
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy compliance
Good to Have
- Experience with Piano Analytics
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
