We are strengthening our team with an experienced UX/UI Designer, focused on developing digital interfaces and user experiences for websites, mobile applications, e‑commerce platforms, and customer areas. We are looking for a creative, autonomous, and quality‑driven professional capable of translating business needs into intuitive, consistent, and user‑centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and optimize user experiences for websites and mobile apps
- Create interfaces, graphic elements, and visual content for web, mobile, and social media
- Conduct UX Research and collect user insights
- Perform usability testing and propose continuous improvements
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
- Create responsive landing pages focused on conversion
- Contribute to the evolution of the Design System and brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with product, development, and marketing teams
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in UX/UI Design, with a strong focus on creating web and mobile interfaces, including e‑commerce platforms and customer areas
- Solid knowledge of responsive design, prototyping, and accessibility best practices
- Experience creating interfaces, user flows, wireframes, and functional prototypes
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Experience working in Windows environments (7, 8.0, 8.1, 10, 13)
- Knowledge of Miro (valued) for ideation, brainstorming, and flow mapping
- Ability to run usability tests and translate findings into actionable improvements
- Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
- Creativity combined with analytical thinking
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Organization, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities
- Curiosity, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Workplace type: Hybrid (max. of 3 times per week in the office)
- Location: Picoas, Lisboa
