We are looking for a Network Administrator for a hybrid project in Porto.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise the network using advanced monitoring tools
• Handle and resolve production incidents as quickly and efficiently as possible
• Perform routine network configuration tasks (VLAN creation, configuration updates, adding switches to fabrics, etc.)
• Support systems and application teams in deploying their infrastructures on the network
• Deploy switches required to connect server infrastructures
• Contribute to the development and implementation of automation processes
• Participate in standby/on-call rotations, including night and weekend interventions

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong technical expertise in: Spanning Tree, OSPF, BGP, MP-BGP EVPN, Multicast, Cisco ACI, Cisco/Arista CLI
• Proven experience managing large-scale network architectures (thousands of devices)
• Solid understanding of virtualized environments, particularly NSX
• Experience with automation and scripting (e.g., Ansible, Python)
• Fluent English, with the ability to collaborate effectively in international environments

• Proven experience as a Network Administrator, with the ability to share knowledge and mentor others
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to step back, identify improvements, and implement solutions
• Experience working in highly demanding, mission-critical environments (e.g., trading floors, remote banking, e-banking, call centers).
