Data & Financial Controller

At Hexa Group, we are continuing to grow and strengthening our Finance and Data capabilities by hiring a Data & Financial Controller.

We are looking for a Financial Controller with strong analytical and data capabilities to support financial management through performance monitoring, financial analysis and business intelligence tools.

This role combines traditional financial controlling responsibilities with data analytics and reporting automation, ensuring management has clear visibility into financial performance, cost structures and operational efficiency.

The position will also support revenue accrual monitoring, variance analysis, cost centre management and intercompany billing control, contributing to accurate financial reporting and effective financial planning.

The role requires experience working with Power BI, SQL and ETL processes to transform operational and financial data into reliable management information.

Mission

Ensure financial control, business performance monitoring, and data-driven decision support by developing robust reporting frameworks and leveraging Business Intelligence tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial performance across business units, identifying trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• Develop and maintain financial and operational dashboards in Power BI, ensuring real-time visibility of key performance indicators
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Build structured reporting models that integrate financial and operational data
• Automate reporting processes and improve data reliability and accessibility
• Work closely with Finance, Business Unit Managers, and leadership teams to provide actionable insights
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve data structures, reporting standards, and analytical capabilities across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in Financial Controlling, Business Controlling, or Data-driven Finance roles
• Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI
• Solid analytical capabilities and ability to translate data into business insights
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with data modelling concepts
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and support decision-making processes
• Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented profile with a continuous improvement mindset
