Your work will include developing AI agents and automating processes to enable faster, more efficient, and smarter task execution and decision-making. You will have access to state-of-the-art models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) as well as open-source models (Qwen, Mistral), along with advanced tools (ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, etc.), which you will use in accordance with internal policies and security standards.

Job description:

• Designing and developing AI-powered automations to replace manual or semi-automated processes
• Integrating LLM models and AI services into existing workflows
• Building and managing workflows using LLMs, AI agents, and tools (e.g., LangChain)
• Collaborating with business and technical teams to identify automation opportunities and understand user needs
• Developing and implementing integrations between internal and external systems
• Debugging, monitoring, and improving workflows and automations
• Taking ownership of solutions end-to-end (architecture, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, optimization)
• Contributing to the development of internal standards and best practices in AI and data handling

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python
• Experience with AI/LLM tools, API integrations, or process automation
• Ability to understand systems and processes (systems thinking)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find optimal solutions independently
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience working in a team and strong communication skills (including in English)
• Proactivity, initiative, and a strong sense of responsibility
• Structured approach to work and good documentation practices
• Completed education (computer science, IT, engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical experience
