We are seeking a dynamic and experienced SAP Service Delivery Manager to oversee the efficient design, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the design and deployment of integrated end-to-end SAP solutions
  • Develop and enhance processes to improve software delivery efficiency and quality
  • Create strategies for continuous delivery risk management to support decision-making throughout project lifecycles
  • Take accountability for technical leadership and ensure the delivery of robust, scalable architectures
  • Communicate the business value of SAP solutions to clients and ensure alignment with their objectives
  • Coordinate preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
  • Ensure successful project delivery while adhering to organizational methodologies and processes
  • Manage customer feedback, address issues, and maintain client relationships in collaboration with Account Managers
  • Lead the identification of gaps, provide recommendations, and implement improvements in SAP systems
  • Oversee collaboration with Project Management teams to analyze, design, build, test, and deploy solutions within deadlines
  • Prepare project estimations and comprehensive project plans with all necessary considerations
  • Govern delivery management and production processes according to the delivery model
  • Serve as the main point of contact for delivery-related matters, including escalations and operational adjustments
  • Drive productivity improvements and manage dependencies across multiple project streams

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing services or projects related to SAP systems, integration, and security as a Manager, such as Project Manager or Delivery Manager
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with SAP solution support tools and methodologies, including SAP Solution Manager, Cloud ALM, SAP Activate, or Release Management
  • 2+ years of expertise in Service Delivery Management in both Cloud and on-premise environments
  • Solid understanding of ITIL framework (Service Operations) and Agile practices, ITSM, and ITILv3, with experience using related development tools
  • Proven ability to establish and lead SAP service projects effectively
  • Strong team management capability with experience leading teams of 10+ members
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills in SAP environments
  • Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher
  • Ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions, and handle stress effectively

Nice to have

  • Understanding of ABAP dictionary and data model for one or more SAP Business Suite products
  • Capability to identify solution gaps and propose actionable closure plans
  • Expertise in presenting SAP features and innovations tailored to customer needs
