The Associate Product Manager supports the execution of EU marketing initiatives to drive adoption of mitral portfolio. The role focuses on omnichannel campaign execution, content adaptation, and support of key congresses, while ensuring alignment with EU and global marketing strategies and cross‑functional teams.
How you’ll make an impact:
Product & Marketing Execution
- Execute day‑to‑day product and marketing activities in support of the Marketing Leader
- Support execution of EU omnichannel valve conversion campaigns, including content deployment
- Manage approvals and product documentation in internal systems
- Drive timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up across ongoing initiatives
- Support product launch planning and execution
- Adapt and deploy marketing materials to meet local market and regulatory requirements
- Create and update presentations, tools, and reports for internal stakeholders
- Support planning and execution of international congresses and internal events, including development and review of congress materials and coordination with internal teams and vendors
- Partner with Sales, Clinical, Regulatory, R&D, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned execution
- Track budgets and coordinate vendors as needed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, or Medical Engineering required or business (but with relevant experience in Medical devices/Pharma field).
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or marketing preferred.
- Experience in medical devices, life sciences, healthcare marketing, and familiarity with Veeva Vault approval processes preferred
- Operate independently with a strong problem‑solving approach.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment with proven project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal skills: Be field and customer oriented, ability to create strong relationships with healthcare professionals and Sales team in an international environment
- Fluency in French and English mandatory, other European language a plus (Spanish or Italian)
- Willingness to travel in EU 10-15% of the time Passion for learning
