Responsibilities
- Design a visually engaging annual report consistent with previous branding and visual identity
- Develop a website that mirrors the style and tone of the annual report
- Collaborate with the charity’s team to ensure messaging is clear, empathetic, and impactful
- Prepare all design assets for both print and digital use
- Ensure all deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline
- Incorporate feedback and revisions as needed to meet project objectives
- Proven experience in graphic design and web design, preferably for non-profits or social impact organizations
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to create cohesive visual identities across print and digital platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and web design tools (such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD)
- Understanding of accessible design principles and best practices for both print and web
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently with remote teams
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Availability to deliver the project by end of July 2026 (preferred), with final deadline in September 2026
- Experience working with sensitive topics and a compassionate, empathetic approach to design
