What We Will Accomplish Together
At Astek, we’re looking for a Scrum Master to collaborate with our global partner, a leading company in the German aviation sector.
You will be part of a strategic program focused on enhancing the traveler experience across multiple digital products, working within value streams and cross‑functional agile teams.
Your Mission:
- Lead and coach a Scrum team of 9–10 members, including UX, developers, QA, and a Product Owner.
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies with purpose, ensuring clear sprint goals and continuous delivery.
- Drive PI Planning activities every quarter, helping plan and align the next 3 months of initiatives in a SAFe environment.
- Promote an agile mindset and act as an ambassador of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks.
- Remove impediments and foster a culture of openness, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, prioritization, and value delivery.
- Improve team performance using agile metrics (velocity, flow, predictability) and data‑driven insights.
- Ensure alignment across teams within the value stream and coordinate dependencies.
- Collaborate in an international and multicultural environment
Who Are You?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (desired).
- At least 4-5 years as Scrum Master
- Strong experience working in agile teams and applying Scrum and Kanban in real environments.
- Experience in SAFe, PI Planning, ARTs, or other scaled agile frameworks.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle, digital products, APIs, and cloud-based platforms.
- Fluent in English C1
