Job Description

We are looking for a high energy, detail oriented Integrated Producer to join our EMEA team. You will be the day-to-day engine behind our entertainment accounts, focusing on large-scale organic social retainers. This isn’t just a project management role; we need someone who understands the "how" of production, from the logistics of a creator collab to the workflow of a social shoot.

You will manage the scoping and briefing process, estimates, timelines, overseeing production workflows, and delivery for digital assets. You will also work directly with clients and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and excellence in project execution.

Your Primary Responsibilities Will Include

  • End-to-End Project Coordination: Drive projects from initial scoping through to final delivery, ensuring every TikTok, Reel, and social asset meets high-quality standards and hits every deadline.
  • Client Partnership: Work closely with Client Management to align expectations. You’ll be a key point of contact, leading status updates and ensuring the client feels confident in the production roadmap.
  • Financial Administration: Take ownership of budget tracking, from managing POs and reconciling invoices to proactively flagging any commercial risks before they impact the project.
  • Resource & Talent Sync: Partner with Resource Management to help cast the right internal or freelance talent, ensuring workloads are balanced and the right "makers" are on the right tasks.
  • Social-First Production: Manage multi-platform content workflows, ensuring all deliverables—whether for organic social or paid media—are technically optimised and platform-ready.
  • Process Champion: Implement structured workflows and look for ways to make our production "machine" run smoother, bringing best-practice ideas to the Integrated Production team.
  • Agile Problem Solving: Act as a real-time fixer. When production challenges pop up, you’ll respond with agility and a creative approach to keep the momentum going.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience within a digital marketing, creative, or production agency
  • Proficiency with project management software tools and Google Sheets
  • Budgeting & Commercial Acumen – Ability to track costs, reconcile expenses, and ensure projects remain financially viable and commercially strategic.
  • Familiarity with digital/video formats and software eg. Figma, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • Familiarity with application of AI solutions in the creative production space will be an advantage
  • Familiarity with working cross-discipline teams, managing client relationships, working with production teams and coordinating with external partners, including other agencies and off-shore partners
