About Rethink/Undo & the Role

Are you a Figma master who knows how to make static designs move? Can you balance a great user experience with exciting visuals? If so, this might be the opportunity you’ve been looking for.


During 2026, Rethink & Undo are joining forces under one unified brand. Our mission is to change the perception of tattoos as something permanent. Currently, we are the market leader in Scandinavia (12 clinics under the Rethink brand) and the Netherlands (6 clinics), with a dedicated team of 40 people. We are growing fast. Our ambitious plan is to scale from 18 to more than 60 clinics by 2029, expanding further into the UK, Germany, and Belgium.


As our Graphic & Motion Designer you will be making our brand come to life through exciting, attention grabbing and user friendly design.


Your Base and Team

You will work remotely or from our office in Sweden, with regular travel to our European clinics to ensure brand alignment.


Creative tasks are currently shared across the team and external partners. You will be one of our first dedicated creative hires, giving you a unique opportunity to shape our visual identity and culture from the ground up. You will report to Anton Zetterberg (Head of Growth) and collaborate closely with Jesper Pettersson (CTO) and the rest of the team.


In this role, you will:

UX/UI Design: Own the design and optimization of high-converting landing pages in Figma. You’ll focus on clear hierarchy, user flow, and brand consistency.

Motion & Animation: Bring the brand to life by creating motion graphics for social ads (Meta, TikTok), web animations, and digital displays.

Digital Assets: Design high-performing ad creatives and visual assets for our entire customer journey.

Internal Branding: Create polished, easy-to-digest digital materials for internal training and international market toolkits.

System Building: Maintain and scale our Figma design system (components, auto-layout, libraries) to ensure we can launch new markets at speed.


What we are looking for

Technical Expertise: You have a strong portfolio showing 5–8 years of experience in graphic design, with a heavy focus on UX/UI and Motion.

Figma Mastery: You are a "pro" in Figma. You understand how to build scalable components, prototypes and designs ready for development.

Motion Skills: Proficiency in After Effects or similar tools. You know how to add "polish" and movement to a brand without over-complicating the production.

Execution Mindset: You pride yourself on quality and speed. You are a master of the craft who knows how to deliver what works.

Growth-Oriented: You understand that design is a tool for growth. You’re interested in what converts and how to iterate based on performance.

Communication: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch, Swedish, or other European languages is a major plus.

Flexibility: You are excited about traveling to current and future markets to build our visual library.
