Qualifications
We're seeking a passionate and experienced ML Engineer with a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. You'll be a cloud enthusiast with a deep understanding of AI/ML principles and hands-on experience with cloud technologies. As a coding expert, you'll possess strong Python skills and a solid foundation in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LangGraph).
Excellent communication is essential – you'll build strong relationships with clients, translate their needs into innovative AI solutions, and present complex topics with clarity and confidence. You're a true collaborator, thriving in team environments where knowledge sharing and mutual support are paramount.
Fluency in English and one of the Scandinavian languages (Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish) is required

- Design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge machine learning models – crafting bespoke AI solutions for our Nordic clients.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and Google experts to overcome complex challenges and deliver impactful outcomes.
- Champion knowledge sharing and mentorship, guiding junior colleagues in the art of machine learning and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay at the forefront of Google Cloud AI/ML technologies, continuously expanding your expertise and exploring new possibilities.
- Confidently present solutions to clients, bridging the gap between complex algorithms and real-world business value, while actively cultivating and expanding those customer relationships.
