Who We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT management and system infrastructure management, with 3+ years in leadership roles.
• Advanced knowledge in vSphere/ESXi, Windows Server (2022), Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), and Kubernetes management.
• Experience in DevOps processes (CI/CD), container technologies, and network security.
• Comprehensive knowledge of backup and disaster recovery plans (e.g., Veeam, Zabbix).
• Experience with PCI DSS and ISO 27001 compliance processes.
• Strong communication skills and team management capabilities.
• Strategic thinking ability to optimize technical and business processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Participation in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Holding cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM).

Responsibilities:

Team Management:

• Lead the IT team (system administrators, network administrators, DevOps engineers, security specialists, etc.).
• Provide training and mentorship to evaluate and improve the performance of the current team.
• Identify team needs and manage recruitment processes.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop short and long-term strategic plans for IT infrastructure growth needs.
• Research new technologies and tools and integrate them into existing systems.

System Management:

• Ensure the seamless operation of all systems (physical, virtual, and Kubernetes-based).
• Monitor system performance and lead improvement processes.
• Oversee the implementation of backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.

Compliance and Security:

• Ensure and audit compliance with PCI DSS Service Provider Level 1 and ISO 27001 requirements.
• Develop and implement policies to reduce cybersecurity risks.

Operational Management:

• Optimize processes to provide uninterrupted service in accordance with SLAs.
• Plan the IT budget and manage costs effectively.
• Prepare regular reports on all systems and present them to senior management.
