- Experience in software development as part of a team,
- Preferably worked with agile management method before,
- Strong planning and communication skills, acting as a bridge between business units and IT.
- Develop and implement product strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of product experts, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Strong experience in the following areas;
- Product Vision and Strategy Development
- Gathering and Interpreting Customer Insights
- Defining and Managing the Product Roadmap
- Leading Cross-Functional Teams
- Managing Product Life Cycle
- Ensuring Compliance and Regulatory Alignment
- To lead the product lifecycle process by aligning with the company's long-term goals,
- Identification of potential new product opportunities or improvements to existing products,
- Working directly with our customers and business partners,
- Quantitatively analyzing results to drive product direction and strategy,
- Researching emerging technologies and trends,
- Continuously improve the user interface and user experience of the platforms together with product designers,
- To make benchmark analyses for the product.
- Target-orientated, analytical thinker, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about working with people in a dynamic environment
- Always proactive and initiative taking,
- Ability to take quick action in learning new things.
We are looking for you if you have
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university, preferably in MIS or Engineering (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines), MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of project/product management experience, preferably team management experience,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn new concepts, designs and technologies quickly.
- Experience influencing and collaborating across multiple teams and levels in a large organization,
- Experience with Scrum methodology for agile software development.
- Data-driven approach to decision making
- Preferably have relevant work experience in user experience and project management
- Strong analytical and communication skills,
- Strong negotiation and client management skills; ability to collaborate and create a shared vision between parties with conflicting priorities
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively between technical and business teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong follow-up skills, advanced reporting and presentation skills.
- Experience with e-com, Q-com and store processes / able to learn and adapt quickly
- Demonstrate thought leadership, product/technology development expertise and strong project management skills in the integration of technology into new product and service solutions.
- Defining Product Roadmap/vision and planning execution with team
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams: CRM, DWH, BI, AI, Membership, Merchant Center
- Set team OKRs, manage roadmaps, prioritize workload, and track delivery
- Ensure data quality, system reliability, and operational efficiency
- Strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organization
- Partner closely with product teams, business units, technology teams, and external vendors
- Oversee development and improvement of:
- CRM: segmentation, personalization, campaign automation
- DWH: data models, ETL/ELT processes, data architecture
- BI: dashboards, KPIs, reporting frameworks
- AI: predictive models, recommendation systems, NLP use cases
- Merchant Center: seller onboarding, performance scoring, catalog & operations workflow
