The Role

This role is not just about creating beautiful interfaces — it’s about building high-converting web funnels that directly drive revenue.

You will take ownership of the entire web funnel experience, from ideation to execution. By deeply understanding our ad creatives, user intent, and product value, you’ll design and iterate on web funnels that convert users even before they download the app.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a marketer, designs like a product expert, and acts like a growth operator.

You have a strong interest in AI and stay up to date with its developments, using it naturally as part of how you think and work.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end web funnel creation process: Design, build, and launch web funnels aligned with our ad creatives and user expectations
• Web Funnel Ideation & Experimentation: Continuously generate and test new funnel concepts with different angles, flows, and messaging
• UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, engaging, and high-converting user experiences tailored for performance
• Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze web funnel performance and optimize based on conversion data, drop-offs, and user behavior
• Creative Alignment: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency between ad creatives and web funnel experiences
• User Intent Understanding: Translate user motivations and expectations into personalized web funnel journeys
• Product Understanding: Deeply understand our apps and translate their value propositions into compelling web funnel experiences
• Rapid Testing Culture: Build and iterate on multiple web funnels quickly, embracing experimentation and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or similar roles
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles with a focus on conversion and user behavior
• Creative Mindset: Ability to generate original ideas and translate them into high-performing designs
• Data-Driven Thinking: Comfortable analyzing performance data and iterating based on insights
• Ownership Mentality: You take full responsibility for your web funnels and their performance
• Attention to Detail: Ability to craft polished, high-quality user experiences
• Fast Execution: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with rapid iteration cycles
• Collaboration Skills: Ability to work closely with marketing, product, and creative teams
• Ability to leverage AI tools to solve design challenges and enhance creative output
