We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a complex, high-impact technical project involving web development, business intelligence, database systems, and artificial intelligence.

This is a mission-critical, defense-related project with strict timelines and sensitive operational requirements. The ideal candidate must be able to perform under pressure, ensure seamless coordination, and maintain full control over project execution while strictly adhering to security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across multidisciplinary teams
• Coordinate development efforts spanning AI, web platforms, and data systems
• Translate operational needs into clear technical requirements and deliverables
• Define, track, and manage project requirements, scope, and milestones
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and timelines
• Monitor and enforce contractual obligations, deliverables, and compliance
• Ensure strict compliance with timelines, security standards, and quality benchmarks
• Track progress, manage risks, and proactively resolve issues
• Maintain structured and effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects
• Strong technical background in web development and/or databases and/or AI systems
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or equivalent)
• Demonstrated success in managing time-critical, high-pressure projects
• Strong experience in requirements management, scheduling, and contract tracking
• Excellent coordination, planning, and task tracking capabilities
• Strong ability to understand and interpret technical system requirements

Preferred Experience

• Experience in defense, military, or high-security projects
• Familiarity with secure software development lifecycle (SSDLC)
• Experience working with high-performance, cross-functional teams
• Ability to operate with precision in sensitive and critical environments
