Budget and Reporting Manager

General Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or Econometrics (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in budget&reporting, including at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Solid experience in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in compliance with Turkish GAAP and IFRS
• Strong knowledge of reporting standards, Turkish Commercial Code, and tax legislation, with ability to follow updates closely
• Hands-on experience in SAP (knowledge of BPC will be considered an asset)
• Experience in data analytics within a production environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical abilities
• Excellent command of English, with proven ability to communicate and present effectively at all organizational levels
• Residence in Istanbul

Job Description

• Prepare and submit solo financial reports of audited companies.
• Lead the preparation of consolidated financial statements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting in line with TFRS/IFRS standards.
• Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analyses and scenario planning.
• Develop and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports for senior leadership.
• Contribute to the preparation of financial models and feasibility studies to support investment decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key financial KPIs, providing insights to drive performance improvements.
• Deliver ad-hoc reports and executive presentations for senior management and board meetings.
• Actively support digital transformation projects within the finance function, focusing on automation and system optimization.
