• Design, develop and do maintenance of ELÜS and Corporate Digital Investment Products.
• Work within our cross functional agile teams

Business analysts

• Perform detailed requirements analysis in an agile team
• Perform functional and user acceptance testing
• Have end-to-end responsibility for analysis, test and maintenance stages
• Work closely with business, third party firms and other development teams, to maintain and improve processes
• Assist project coordination end-to-end
• Make pre-analysis of new project demands
• Focus on Minimum Viable Product
• Continuously make progress to increase Software Development Life Cycle standards
• Third party firm management
• Manage end of day processes
• Follow up Market changes and define what to do

How do we describe the perfect match?

• BS or MS in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 maximum 3 years of business/system analysis or process development experience (Banking/IT Sector or Capital Market Experince is a plus)
• Familiarity with Project Management methods, disciplines and project lifecycle, preferably agile principles
• High self motivation to deal with multiple projects and priorities in alignment with business objectives and demanstrated ability to meet tight deadlines
• Analytical thinking, outstanding problem solving skills, being eager to learn and open for improvement
