About the position

We are seeking a senior UX / UI designer to work closely with our product and development teams. You will play a key role in designing digital enterprise solutions and a cutting-edge super app that delivers informative and transactional services for both consumers and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate ideation sessions, gather user requirements, and actively participate in backlog grooming.
• Conduct in-depth UX research to understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points, identifying design patterns and best practices that can be adopted and improved.
• Build and maintain meaningful feedback loops with customers and stakeholders.
• Design wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes to test and validate ideas internally and externally.
• Define, track, and interpret UX and product KPIs to measure success and guide data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and other designers in an agile, cross-functional environment to deliver the roadmap in short iterations.
• Provide strategic design input into the product vision and roadmap.

Minimum requirements

• Several years of experience as a UX/UI or Product Designer, working on SaaS, or e-commerce solutions across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design collaboration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
• Proven experience communicating design concepts, rationale, and decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Critical thinking skills and a strong passion for continuous learning and improvement.
