This role involves developing a mobile application for a property co-ownership platform designed to facilitate legal and transparent joint property purchases in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The app will enable up to four individuals to co-own a property, providing features for partner discovery, ownership structuring, legal documentation, and exit management. Unlike traditional investment or fractional ownership platforms, this solution does not handle funds but serves as a neutral infrastructure to streamline the co-ownership process. The ideal candidate will draw inspiration from platforms such as Stake and SmartCrowd, adapting their user experience and functionality to suit the unique requirements of this project.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop a robust, user-friendly mobile application for iOS and Android platforms.
- Implement secure partner discovery and matching features.
- Integrate modules for ownership structuring, legal documentation, and exit rule management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with UAE property laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure app reliability and security.
- Provide technical documentation and post-launch support as needed.
- Proven experience in mobile app development (iOS and Android), preferably with React Native or Flutter.
- Strong understanding of secure authentication, user data privacy, and app security best practices.
- Experience integrating legal documentation workflows and digital signature solutions.
- Familiarity with real estate or property management platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Based in or familiar with the UAE market is a plus.
- Availability for project-based work with clear milestones and deliverables.
