Requirements

  • Experienced IT/Digital Sourcing Manager with 5–10 years of expertise in procuring software, cloud, applications, and digital services.
  • Responsible for leading complex sourcing initiatives, driving category strategies, and executing agile, business-focused source-to-contract (S2C) processes to deliver value, ensure compliance, and manage risk across global operations.
  • Lead complex sourcing initiatives across enterprise software, cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and digital services, ensuring competitive pricing, flexible commercial terms, and scalable consumption models
  • Own end-to-end S2C lifecycle, including opportunity assessment, market analysis, business case development, RFx management, vendor selection, negotiations, contracting, and supplier onboarding
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives, optimizing total cost of ownership (TCO) and return on investment (ROI)
  • Drive cost optimization through licensing and subscription management, benchmarking, service credits, and usage optimization
  • Contribute to and execute global IT category strategies using market insights, analytics, and internal demand signals
  • Conduct negotiations and contracting in compliance with procurement policies, ensuring proper documentation and stakeholder alignment
  • Maintain accurate sourcing, contract, and spend data across procurement and analytics tools (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Jagger, Sievo)
  • Ensure adherence to compliance, data privacy, security, and risk management standards, including DPAs and security agreements
  • Support additional sourcing initiatives and continuous improvement programs within Digital & Professional Services Procurement
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of global IT vendor landscape, including enterprise software providers, hyperscalers, SaaS vendors, and niche service partners
  • Deep expertise in public cloud procurement models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), including commercial constructs, consumption models, and compliance requirements
  • Proven track record in leading complex negotiations with strategic vendors (e.g., Microsoft and other major software/cloud providers)
  • Experience with Agile sourcing methodologies and value-driven procurement practices
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy and security contracting, including Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and regulatory compliance
  • Proficiency with procurement, contract, and spend management tools (e.g., Jagger, Sievo, ServiceNow)
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work effectively in global, cross-cultural, and distributed environments
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
