Key Responsibilities:

Security Service Delivery:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of Managed Security Services (MSS) for enterprise clients.
• Ensure effective operation of Security Operations centre (SOC) including monitoring, detection, and response.
• Oversee security technologies such as SIEM platforms like Splunk and IBM QRadar.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLA), KPIs, and operational metrics.

3. Governance, Risk & Compliance.
4. Team Leadership.
5. Continuous Improvement.

Required Skills: Cyber Security Operations, Managed Security Services (MSS), Security Operations Centre (SOC) Management, SIEM Platforms (e.g., Splunk, IBM QRadar), Incident Response & Threat Management, Risk Management & Security Governance, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure), Stakeholder & Client Management, Security Compliance & Audits.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC, ISACA or related field.
